Originally an underutilized pool house used for storage, this project transformed the space into a private automotive lounge designed around the client's passion for Porsche, motorsports, and entertaining. The design combines architectural lighting, custom millwork, rich wood finishes, and museum-inspired display elements to create an immersive environment that feels both refined and personal.

The project included a residential addition, a custom entertainment lounge with a race simulator, bar area, and a complete renovation of the existing bathroom—creating a destination that celebrates performance, craftsmanship, and lifestyle.
